Foraging Online
Each month we will dive into a wild food that is coming into season. Each class we will discuss the impact of being a responsible forager. If there is cultural significance to the plant, I will be sure to address the impact and history to the best of my abilities. While this class will be secular in nature, I do believe it is my due diligence to inform you on the impact that it may have for other people of this land.
Plants will not necessarily be specific to a certain region. An example would be covering Evergreens, although some members of the class may be located in the Sonoran Desert.
This class is meant for families to learn together however I welcome children that may have an interest for independent study (ages 5+)
You will need Internet access and to refer to AZ time.
Classes will be held on Google Meet.
Upon registration a meeting ID will be sent to you.
